WMOK – Metropolis, IL – Local crafters, bakers, and small business owners are invited to join in the holiday festivities as the Joppa-Maple Grove Christmas Extravaganza returns to Massac County.
The community event is set for Saturday, December 5, 2026, at Joppa-Maple Grove School in Joppa.
Organizers are currently seeking a variety of local vendors to help make the holiday shopping experience a success. Spaces are available for those selling handmade crafts, boutique clothing, jewelry, baked goods, unique Christmas gifts, and other specialty items. Vendor setup is available at a rate of $20 per space.
In addition to holiday shopping, the annual event will mark the return of the popular “Breakfast with Santa”. Community members are encouraged to attend to shop, eat, and celebrate the Christmas season.
