Massac Memorial Hospital is hosting a free Community Health Lunch & Learn on Monday, Sept. 21, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM in the MMH Classroom. Held in recognition of Pain Awareness Month, the event offers local residents an opportunity to enjoy a complimentary meal while gaining valuable insights into managing chronic pain.
The educational session will feature speaker Ashley Suggs, APRN, of the Massac Memorial Pain Center. Key topics covered during the hour include:
