Massac Memorial Hospital will host its 1st Annual Senior Health & Fitness Day event at Fort Massac State Park on May 31st. This is a FREE event that is open to the public.
The goal of this event is to connect with the senior community to promote a healthier lifestyle and bring awareness of services that are available to assist them in their daily lives. They will have a health fair with many vendors in the local community that serve the senior population, FREE health screenings, gift basket drawings, and games.
