Chief Masse Reflects on Extreme Summer Heat and Community Safety

WMOK – Metropolis, IL Metropolis Police Chief Harry Masse recently joined WMOK’s Coffee Break program to discuss the relentless heat wave impacting the area this summer. During the interview, Chief Masse reflected on how prolonged high temperatures create unique challenges for local first responders and residents across Metropolis and Massac County.

Chief Masse emphasized the critical role community members play in looking out for one another during extreme weather conditions.
