Metropolis Police Chief Harry Masse spoke to WMOK on Coffee Break about severe weather and severe weather preparedness.

With heavy rain coming at the end of the week Masse told WMOK that now is the time to clear your gutters, storm drains, and make sure your sump pump is working. .

Masse also said that the sirens should not be your only weather alert, to make sure you have at least three ways to get weather alerts.
