This summer, residents are invited to join Water Aerobics starting June 2nd, a fun and low-impact way to enhance strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health. With classes now offered on Wednesday and Saturday mornings from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM, and a new Tuesday evening option from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM, there’s a time for everyone.
For $25, participants can sign up for two classes, or take all three for just $35. Applications are available at the Mayor’s Office, where additional options for swim lessons and pool party bookings can also be found.
