The Super Museum is hosting a Superman Day celebration this Friday and Saturday, bringing together fans, cosplayers, and the community for a series of events, including a charity walk and a special movie screening.
Friday, April 17th: Superheroes Stand Up for Children
Friday’s focus is on giving back and kicking off the party atmosphere in Superman Square and at The Space.

3:30 PM – 5:00 PM: Photo-Ops with Cosplayers – Head to Superman Square to grab a photo with your favorite heroes.

3:30 PM – 5:00 PM: Superheroes Stand Up for Children Event – Also taking place in Superman Square, this session highlights the community spirit of the weekend.

7:00 PM: Dinner for Cosplayers – Held at The Space (715 Market St.).

7:00 PM – 10:00 PM: Periwinkle Kryptonite Superman Dance Party – Wrap up the night at The Space with a themed dance bash.
Saturday, April 18th: Superman Day Main Events
Saturday is packed with activities from the morning until late evening, moving from Fort Massac State Park back to the heart of the city.

10:00 AM: Walk For Autism Awareness – Start your morning at Fort Massac State Park for a great cause.

4:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Classic Car Cruise – The AACA Car Club will be showcasing their vehicles at the Super Museum.

4:00 PM – 6:15 PM: Photo Ops with Cosplayers – A second chance for photos in Superman Square.

4:00 PM – 5:45 PM: Karaoke Starts – Show off your vocal talents at the Super Museum.

6:00 PM – 6:45 PM: Trivia Hosted by Yuri “the Riddler” – Test your superhero knowledge at the Super Museum.

7:00 PM – 7:45 PM: Q&A with “Superman” Jake Fogg – Meet the featured cosplayer at the Super Museum for a live discussion.

8:00 PM – 9:45 PM: James Gunn’s Superman (2025) Screening – Catch a screening at the Super Museum to close out the event.
