This morning, January 21, Metropolis residents gathered at the iconic Superman Statue to celebrate the 54th anniversary of our official city title.

Mayor Gregg Jeffords read a proclamation, honoring the 1972 resolution that designated the town as the Man of Steel’s hometown, fostering a legendary legacy of community pride.

For those navigating the enrollment process, local help is available. Rural Health, Inc. (RHI) is offering personalized assistance to the community. Individuals can contact a member of the RHI team at 618-833-4471 to receive help with the enrollment process.

Open to All: Assistance is available to everyone in the community, regardless of whether they are a current patient of Rural Health, Inc.
