(WMOK) Massac County, IL – Massac County Sheriff Chad Kaylor joined us recently for his regularly scheduled Coffee Break. With Sheriff Kaylor’s Coffee Break we had a listener question regarding the reason that Massac County government vehicles are gassing up in Kentucky.
Sheriff Kaylor explained that gassing up the vehicles in Kentucky is saving Massac County residents a total of around $60,000 per year. Gassing up in Illinois would run the sheriff’s office between $10,000 and 11,000 a month while gassing up in Kentucky runs the Sheriff’s Office between five and $6,000 a month.
