WMOK recently spoke to the Supervisor of Assessments Gary Hamm for Coffee Break about improvements to homes that homeowners can do to add resale value to their homes. Mr. Hamm advised WMOK that outside curb appeal is a huge factor. Paint and floor coverings are also great investments. Mr. Hamm also said to make sure your house is clean and organized to help find potential buyers.
