WMOK – The Pope County Historical Society is set to host an educational session titled “How to Use the PCHS Website and Pope County Resources” on May 26 from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. The event aims to assist researchers and history enthusiasts in uncovering local heritage through modern digital tools and traditional archives.
The workshop will be led by genealogist Rick Allen, alongside members of the Society. Participants will receive a guided demonstration on how to effectively navigate the organization’s official website to access a variety of historical records. Beyond digital navigation, the presentation will highlight several other historical resources available within the county to aid in family lineage and local history projects.
