WMOK – (Metropolis, IL) – Thanksgiving is a time to nourish bonds and express gratitude. While there are many topics that could make their way to the Thanksgiving table we want to remind you that this is a time to reconnect and truly enjoy each other’s company.

Practice “Active listening”.  Active listening is a communication technique that involves fully concentrating, understanding, responding, and remembering what the speaker is saying.
