Bake Cookies Day
Bake Cookies Day is on December 18, just in time for Christmas. Cookies are more than just a baked treat, with generations bonding over it. What we love best about cookies is their versatility; crispy or soft and chewy, traditional shapes or special cookie-cutter designs, sugar, spices, dried fruit, chocolate, the list of options goes on. So get baking and fill your house with the aroma of warm, soft cookies baked to perfection.

Frosty the Snowman: A Charming Holiday Icon
(WMOK) Frosty the Snowman has become a beloved symbol of the holiday season, captivating audiences for decades with his jolly persona and magical adventures.
The character was first introduced in a song written by Walter “Jack” Rollins and Steve Nelson in 1950.
The song’s popularity led to the creation of a short animated film in 1969, bringing Frosty to life on screen for the first time. The story follows the magical tale of a snowman who comes to life thanks to a discarded magician’s hat. With his cheerful personality and childlike wonder, Frosty embarks on a heartwarming journey, spreading joy wherever he goes.
Over the years, Frosty has continued to enchant audiences through various adaptations, including books, television specials, and movies. Frosty the Snowman’s enduring appeal lies in his timeless message of friendship, kindness, and the joy of the holiday season, making him a cherished figure in the hearts of people of all ages.
