Massac Memorial Hospital Auxiliary Asks Community Members to Help in Promoting Awareness and Raising Funds for National Hospital Week

/ WMOK

In honor of National Hospital week May 7-13 2023 the Massac Memorial Hospital Auxiliary is asking local businesses for their help in promoting awareness and to raise funds for the Massac Memorial Hospital Auxiliary, which began serving our community in the early 1950s.

There are two ways businesses can help.

One way that businesses may take part is by placing a Receipt/Donation Jar at the point of sale in their business this week – May 7-13.   Businesses can prominently display this Jar/Box and encourage customers to either drop in their receipts or to drop in a donation.   At the end of the week, the Auxiliary hopes that your business would donate a percentage of the total receipts total from the jar. The percentage would be of your choosing. It could be 5% or 10% or whatever you choose.

The second way your business can help is by asking your customers if they would like to purchase a Show Your Love Sign for a dollar or two. The small sign would then be taped in a visible location at your business.   If your business would be able to help the auxiliary out with one or both of these fundraising campaigns, please let one of the auxiliary members know so that they can get you a Receipt/Donation Jar and/or some Show Your Love Signs for your business.
