SPRINGFIELD – The Illinois Manufacturers’ Association (IMA) has named Ray Reddrick, Senior Vice President of Manufacturing and Distillation for Diageo North America, to its Board of Directors as the association continues to build on its strong record of leadership on behalf of manufacturers across the state.
“We are proud to welcome Ray, who brings a wealth of experience that will help advance our state’s diverse and dynamic manufacturing sector, which is the leading contributor to the state’s Gross Domestic Product,” said Mark Denzler, President and CEO of the IMA. “His expertise will be an asset to our mission of boldly moving makers forward.”
Reddrick has over 30 years of manufacturing and supply chain experience transforming supply networks to deliver world-class business and operations results. Prior to taking up his current position at Diageo North America in January 2023, Reddrick served as a consultant supporting Diageo’s growth strategy for their domestic and international business. Diageo North America is a global leader in the beverage alcohol industry with a collection of over 200 brands across more than 180 countries.
Food and beverage producers represent the largest share of Illinois’ manufacturing sector, with a $135 billion annual impact. In total, manufacturing generates more than $580 billion for the state’s economy each year.
Reddrick also held supply chain leadership roles with Heartland Coca-Cola as the Vice President of its supply chain network and as director of manufacturing operations for Land O’ Lakes. He previously served as plant director for PepsiCo and disc replication manager for Sony DADC.
An alumnus of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in Greensboro, where he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Technology (Manufacturing Systems), Reddrick has extended his leadership talents outside of the manufacturing space by providing guidance, governance and strategic thought leadership serving on the boards of the South Fulton Georgia Chamber of Commerce (2008 – 2013), the American Red Cross, Georgia (2011 – 2013), the Fulton Industrial Community Improvement District (2010 – 2013), the Coca-Cola National Product Supply Board (2019 – 2021) and the Southeastern Container Company (2020 – 2021).
