LOCATED – Help Needed: Missing Person Report in Johnson County, Illinois

We are asking the public’s assistance in locating a missing individual. Wayne Horney was last seen on 9/2/2025 at approximately 7:50 pm.

 

Wayne was experiencing a mental crisis and left his residence on Chapel Hill Rd., traveling in an unknown direction, and is believed to be traveling on foot.

 

He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a long-sleeved gray shirt, a brown Pepsi ball cap, and blue/orange tennis shoes.

 

He has a tattoo of a star on the back of his right hand.

Wayne has been entered as Missing Endangered.
