Community Assistance Appreciated but not needed at the time at Metropolis Nursing and Rehab
WMOK Metropolis, IL – This morning, WMOK contacted Metropolis Nursing and Rehabilitation to inquire about reports in the community concerning a malfunctioning refrigerator and their request for milk donations.
The facility confirmed that the information about the refrigeration system is accurate but assured WMOK that they have the situation under control.
WMOK also learned that Metropolis Big John is using their refrigeration system to help ensure that cold items remain at the proper temperature until needed.
Metropolis Big John helped out in this respect recently when the refrigerating system was replace at the Massac County Sheriff’s Officer.
