WMOK (Metropolis, IL) On April 17, officers with the Metropolis Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a Ford Mustang for improper lane usage. During the stop, the driver admitted to lighting a cigarette while driving with his knees and was unable to provide proof of insurance.
