(WMOK) Metropolis, IL – On Saturday, April 19th, the Massac community will come together for the 2nd Annual Massac Youth League Fundraiser, an event dedicated to supporting local youth sports. The festivities will take place at the Metropolis Sports Park from 10 AM to 6 PM, with free admission for all attendees.
Kicking off the celebration, the eagerly anticipated Easter Egg Hunt will begin at 11 AM. Families are encouraged to arrive and park by 10:45 to participate in this fun-filled activity, where children will have the chance to search for hidden eggs throughout the park. Excitingly, the Easter Bunny will make an appearance during the hunt and will be available for photos, providing perfect opportunities for memorable family pictures.
In addition to the Easter Egg Hunt, the event will feature various vendors and activities, though some may require payment. Details on these vendors and additional activities will be shared on the event page as the date approaches.
