Commissioner Brugger said that Massac Engineer Amy Ferris is in contact with Clearwave to move the line that is currently where the posts for the guardrails should be placed.
Brugger said that they are trying to get things expedited and when the line is moved the act of installing the guard rail posts and rails will only take a couple of days.
Brugger said that the potential of temporary guardrails was looked into – however it was not going to be financially feasible or time efficient for this situation.
