(WMOK) Metropolis, IL – The Country Club Road Bridge project is nearing completion, with 90% of the work already finished. The remaining tasks involve paving the approaches and installing guard rails. The project is expected to be fully completed and open to the public later this month, in September. Once finished, the new bridge will provide improved access and safety for commuters and residents in the area.
